if the Husband doesn't have a job(no private property & no childeren also), and wife having a job and drawing 8,000/- P.M. For this case what type judgment we can expect regarding mainteance.
Wife should gave the maintance amount to husband until get the job.?

depends on court's order and husband's applying for maintenance.

The husband may get spousal support if wife's income is sufficient to maintain the both. However, law expects an able bodied male to make his living unless he is invalid.
