Family Matter
1. Can Son is liable for property of father?
2. After Father in laws death, Mother in laws have rights to distribute the property?
3. After Father in laws death my mother in law try to remove us (husbund & me) from the house which is name of my father in law. Can she do that legally? Is there any rights to me or my husbund to fight for that? or they can easily remove us?
4. My sister in law is seperated from her husbund without any divorced & she had 2years old child. will she get legally part of our property (means my father in laws)
5. My another sister in law who is married. She is always try to speak very dirty about my character. Not only she speak with my husbund but with the neighbours & relatives also, Can I suit case on her ?
6. My 2 Sisters in law are both are well setteled with their husbund Are they liable for my Father in laws property
7. Suppose husbund & me left from our father in laws house shall we get father in laws property legally.

It all depends on how the property came to the ownership of your father-in-law and then only we can answer your querries.

The pertinent question is did your father-in-law left a will when he died. If not, yes, your husband is entitled to a share in his father's property.
Your other questions will also depend on whether your father-in-law left behind a will or not?
