Legal Question in Family Law in India
Me and my family members ( My parents ,married sister and her husband , they have married almost 8 yrs before my marriage) are going through case of sec-498a.
The magistrate heard the arguments on charge last week.
We gave all the proofs to defend us which are documentary evidences.and there is not even a single proof from the opposite side. In police investigation its clearly written that there are no proof against any of the accused so they are keeping my family under column 12 and husband is treated as main accused ( there is no proof against me also). Girls statement are also contradictory.
But in her decision magistrate not even mention that we all were present including my lawyer , what argument my lawyer did, and what evidence we submitted. She only typed as it is fir. and frame sec 498a for all of us.
What should i do now ?

The finding of the trial court is wrong. File a petition for quashing in the High court u/s 482 CrPC and there is every possibility that the charges against all of you will be dropped.
