Legal Question in Family Law in India

Family problem.
Dear Sir,

I have been married for 5 years now and living in Ghaziabad with my wife and one daughter.

My wife along with his family members threatning me that she will commit suicide or shall fight against us by applying IPC - 498A etc.,etc.,

Let us know what should I do to save ourselves in this scenario.

there cannot be any remedy for fear. there may be just normal wear and tear. try n have a cordial relation with your wife for the sake of your daughter. your day to day fights would spoil her life. try n find the cause of disputes so that the life of your family can improve.

The best possible remedy could be : keep your wife happy. It is NOT ONLY your moral and social responsibility BUT ALSO a legal requirement. You may need to mend your ways and attitude towards your family; If you learn to respect your wife and give her love and affection required from a life-partner, things may turn in your favour.

Any legal action may prove counter productive. You are welcome to speak with me for further guidance if you may have any confusion about your legal rights as also the rights of your wife.
