Family Settlement
Grand Father made a will in favor of his grand sons. After the death of grand father the grand son was using the property as his property. But unfortunately he died of hearth leaving wife only. No issues to him.
Please clarify whether she is that grandson wife eligible for using the property and also for dispose.

Facts are incomplete.details are required to be examined for giving any advise on the subject matter.Nevertheless, in the given circumstance she has to get DECLARATION to be declared as owner of the property left by her husband from the competent court.

Now considering the will as genuine, the grand sons becomes the absolute owner of the property. So after his death, her wife, and childer inhert the property, and accordingly they also become equal owner of the same, and are entitled to use it and also also dispose of the same.

After death of grandson his all estate including the property which he got by way of Will of his grand father, will automatically devolved upon his wife by operation of law and thus his wife who is only legal heir of her husband has every legal right to use the property and to dispose off. yes she is the rightful owner of the part of property which her husband was entitled to take over.

if there are no other legal heirs, she is entitled to inherit and enjoy ownership of the property.
