Legal Question in Family Law in India
my father is age of 70 and he is doing domestic violence on our family member ( mother n we two sisters), he left the home before 1 month,after a big quarrel with us, and starting to stay with his elder brother, he is not giving money for our livelihood,now my mother wants to do legal procedure against him, our all the property is owned by my father, even a house also, which legal procedure we have to do against him ? how much share of property my mother get if we do this ? and any short legal procedure for this ?

Your mother could claim maintenance from your father. If his property is self acquired then he has full control, but if the property is ancestral then others have a right to claim.
