Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father and his brother divided her father's house by having a normal paper signature for proof. His brother is no more right now to make that document on bond paper. My father had 1 son (me) and 1 daughter. My sister left home and did a love marriage without my parents consent. Now, not even after 1 month of the marriage, with her husband she is planning for a law suit against my father to get her share of house property.

Is this legally allowed ? My father not interested in giving any share at all. What are the rights he has now ? How can we face her law suit without losing our property. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Ours is Hindu family at Andhra Pradesh state of India. Also, does my sister will have right on my mother's property which she got from her father? I heard that If siblings divide their father's property, it would become their earned property rather than an ancestral property ?

No this is not legally allowed as the property coming from your Grand Father is self acquired property of your father and no children can claim any share in this property . If your father dies intestate then only you and your sister have rights in the property and same goes to your mothers property too.
