Legal Question in Family Law in India

What are father right over his child when wife staying seperate? Can he meet with child? Can he take the child to meet his parents when wife refuse to do so.

What he can do & what can't? Can he take the child with him for to give good education?

the father needs to file a petition in the court and seek visitation rights u/s 12 of guardians and wards act...he can also seek similar reliefs for education etc...under the same law.
