my father died without leaving any Will. we are two brothers both are married . we now want to sale the property, before that the property should be in our name. we have submit the papers to the court all indemnity bonds, affidavits etc . now the housing board people required the succession certificate from us . please reply the same ASAP

you need to file a petition for the grant of succession certificate and for that you should hire a lawyer.
