Legal Question in Family Law in India

my father executed a will whereby property first given to my mother then to me, my divorce case is pending , my question is can my wife or my minor son can claim share in the property of my father.my father is no more

Your son is already a co-sharer in the ancestral property inherited by you. Besides, your wife is entitled to claim a charge against your property for her maintenance.
