Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father expire 15 jun 2009 .My father done 1 plot agreement in 1997 , on that property , court case is running till today. In that property my father file w .s. in 1999 ,that he purchased for my my step mother . but this diputed property not registered . after my father expire my step mother sell this property o n the agreement base .
My question is that, am I legal heir on this property ?
