my father inlaw taken dasti summon i got tsay till 19 jan in (498a&406)iam sacring if father inlaw say somethign againstme.as my wife ran away on 21st dec2011.will i get bail frm punjab& haryana high court or not.can my interim bail cancelled or judge grant me anitcipatory bail?

1)I need to present on 19jan?

2)iam scared from my father inlaw already given threatning call to me that i see how u get bail aftre that u will in jainl& will destroyu?pls suggest wat to do?

pl apply for bail if you have not.

1)Yes with your lawyer be present on 19jan

2)your father in law can do nothing. if he threatens again complaint to the court and seek police protection.
