Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Father in law forcefully takes my 1.5 year old son to unknown locations without telling me. He leaves him near the drain hole and near street dogs. I get scared because of his actions. I suspect something fishy because he once came in front of me half naked when i was alone at home, may be he is abusing my child by taking to unknown locations. I have requested him not to do so several times but to no avail. He does that deliberately to hurt me. Is there a legal way to protect my child. Please help!!

Have you ever tried to have a talk with your husband & your mother-in-law regarding the issue which you are facing?

If no then do it immediately. Further if that doesn't work out then try to involve your parrents in the issue and sole the problem.

But even if that also doesn't work out then Ill suggest you to file a complaint case against your father-in-law.

it may be so that your fear is unfounded and the father in law is just taking his grand son out for a walk. in case you think there is an substance in your suspicion, you may ask your husband to take care of the matter and in case he does not act, you may ask your parents to intervene.
