Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father in law and husband both are mentally ill. Earlier both were admitted to mental hospital but no improvemnet in their mental condition. They are still staying with me.pls advice how can i acuire their assets both immovable and movables.I wish add the following:-
1) Father in law has only one son i.e. my husband. My mother in law is dead. Father in law has two sisters living in seperate ciltes.
2) My children are one girl (20Years old) and one son (18 years old) both are living with me.

both the children are the legal heirs of the property and you can apply for succession of the property on behalf of them. but you need to prove that their father and grandfather are insane/of unsound mind, in order to get the desired relief. the documents and the reports may help.
