Legal Question in Family Law in India

my father in law married another woman when he was still married to my mother in law. He just passed away and now the other woman and her children have filed an injunction and a case against my mother in law, my husband and my brothers in law. What are the chances of them succeeding in this law suit? what recourse to we have?

in what year your father in law married that other woman. in other words, when was the bigamy committed.
