Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father in law is murdered by his son in march 2009. Son is in jail. Other survivers are 2nd wife, 1 daughter from 2nd wife(unmarried), 2 daughters from 1st wife(both married) & killer son from 2nd wife. As per succession act how the property will be divided. Property includes residential flat at Kalyan, providend fund & LIC policies. Also inform how to put a stay on disbursment of money among heirs till the hearing of case against son is completed. Because we fear that the money will be miused by the mother for release of her son. Please advice.

All of you will get an equal share. Flat can be sold/ occupied by one or some legal heir and payment of PF/ LIC moneys will be equal share.
