Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father in law shri kastoorchdra was adopted son of shri Gokalchand.My fatherinlae & grand father in law both were advocate and owned inherited the property from there father. Shri Gokalchand had no son or daughter and he adopted Shri Kasstoorchand. Shri Gokalchand had 5 sisters but no share was allotted. to them. My gran father in law get the property inherited .Shri Bhawaniprasad (foregrandfatherinlaw) inherited from his father.My father in law in his last will gave his all property to his one daughter only. My wife are 5 sister.My wife and myself asked few questios regarding the matter and the same were very well answered by advocate Mr. Rajiv Gupta and Mr. sanjay Kalara.But still some doubts are there . Kindly answer my following questions-

1-what was the nature of the property posses by my father in law (ancestral or self earned).

2 If answer is ancestral , Can my father in law made a will of ancestal property.

3 Proceeding of mutation is pending in thre revenue court. Is the mutation and will give the title .

4 How can My wife get his share if the property is ancestral in nature.

1)when you say the property is inherited by your FIL and grand FIL how can it be self acquired. 2)your FIL cannot make a Will of ancestor property.

4)she can claim partition
