Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father left my mother and us (me and my sister) and started living with another women.My parents are not divorce.My father owns a petrol pump but does not provide any financial assitance to the family.We were forced to leave our house as well and currently live in a rented house.

I dont know if my father has married to another women and not.What steps can I take to get back my mother's and my rigths from my faher can i get hold over petrol pump as well as it belongs to my grandfather who is no more.

your mother can ask for maintenance for her and if you both are not earning then for you both from your father by applying in the court.
