Legal Question in Family Law in India

if my father says that i am no longer his son,and does not want to give me his property in such case can i claim my right?

if not what are the basis of claiming?

let me begin with informing you about your succession , You have no share or right in your fathers self acquired property but if he dies intestate then you automatically becomes equal share holder with other legal heirs of your father. You can claim right in the ancestral property but not his self acquired property.
