Is it possible for the father to obtain the custody of a 1 year old kid in a mutual consent divorce ?

mutual consent divorce means that both the husband and wife have settled their disputes. the custody being one of the disputes. in case your wife agrees to give custody of the daughter to you, you may take the same after giving a statement in court.

It depends upon the mutual agreement made between both of u. if the clause of your child is there and also metion before the court then u can.
