my father remarried 3 yrs back following my moms death..the women he married convinced him to write the house in her name as a gift ,which was my mothers, bt nw she has entirely changed and harrsing my dad phsically mentally alot...i dont know wat to do ..she s asking compensation if we want to divorce her ...she has exploited us financially...plz help us to get rid of her...if i take my dad to my home , can she approach their legally to get him..my dad wants to get free from her ...plz help us
