Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father had rented a factory from landlord. He died without will. Not I want to relinquish my right to the property to my sister and would like to understand if I can do that by some legal document?

After the death of your father , you all legal heirs of your father are co - tenant of the factory of the landlord so you dont have to execute any document in favour of your sister.
