my father and uncle purchased a residential land in 1955. There is no son and daughter of my uncle. Shradh ceromoney and mukhagni done by me. in indian hindu low how much and how can i get property part in uncle property?

IF UR UNCLE DIED INTESTAE AND WAS ISSUE LESS, THEN IT IS HIS MOTHER WHO IS 1STLY ENTITLED , IF SHE IS ALSO EXPIRED, UR FATHER OR ALL THE BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF UR UNCLE WHO ARE LEGAL HEIRS.

If ur uncle does not have any legal heir then you can claim for sucession certificate and claim share in the property..
