Legal Question in Family Law in India

My father had 2 wifes. Myself and another male from elder wife. another male and a female from younger wife. We made a oral partition and family arrangement on 15.1.1994 and subsequent reduced to writing a memoranum on 1.5.1994 the 2nd wife acting for himself and for his minor male and female members. Now after 2005 act dispute arose. Female member filed partition suit. What is the status of family arrangement memorandum in the eye of law.

family arrangement is binding on the parties for collateral purposes, however if it is un-registered, the same is not admissible in evidence
