Legal Question in Family Law in India
My father who is 56 years old is having affair with one widow lady she is already having two daughters and one son. We came to know about this relationship just recently. Relationship has been since past 8 years and my father had given lots of money to her and almost maintaining their family. They both had sexual intercourse many times. Now I am thinking to file a case against both of them with most punishment and may also apply for divorse for my mother. Kindly advice me about the list of sections I can file the cases as per IPC.
