Father's inheritance

Sir, one of our shop is purchased by my father but in the first name of my elder brother & second of my father name in the agreement, as a younger can i cliam my right in the in the said property, as my brother have the childern.

Your facts are not clear. We need to know if your father is alive; and in whose name the second property was purchased.

your rights will depend upon property documents and your father's decision, if the property was acquired by your father from his income.
