Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am not in favour to get divorce.divorce filed by husband in 2008. then i file transfer casein2009 case transfer in 2010 after case transfer he is not attending case not giving maintainance to me
Legal Proceesure for how can i file to get maintainance attachement from salary.
If i proceed to dismiss the divorce case He will file again for divorce at his place.
which will be in my favour dissmisal of the case or to put in pending in legal way.

where are you from ? and which place you have transferred the case? why u didn't ask the same to your lawyer who is handling the same and paid for?

He has to satisfying you by giving proper answer.

Madam Ji;

Please note that if divorce is dismissed either for non appearance or his not pursuing the case, he will not be able to file another divorce at his own place. That will not be maintainable and barred under Order IX CPC. In all cases, you will have the right to get your maintainance in the manner I have already replied.
