Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is there any fees charged by the High Commission of US at New delhi to serve the divorce summons to an NRI husband. Also why not the Indian courts make this process fast by serving them through email. Kindly let me know the detailed procedure to send the summons by Ministry of law and justice and the high commission.

There is no fee charges by US embassy but why do you want to go through the embassy. Service to a NRI in USA is not through Embassy .

There is no procedure to serve an NRI through the Ministry of law and justice or through any high commission. You may, however, serve him on his last known address.
