I HAVE been fighting false 498a and DP 3 &4 ,now my wife filed divorcee under desertion ground,I have opposed the divorcee in my petition and expressed my interest in taking her back, but now I have decided to have divorcee ,due to my wife wrong attitude and harashing nature .
1.my problem is i have already filed affidavit opposing divorcee ,
2.now should i withdraw the affidivit or should i file new affadivit expressing interest in divorcee or
3.is it enough if i express my view of divorcee to Hon'ble judge,
4.now my wife is not attending proceedings ,her father is taking next dates on every hearing date,is it necessary that her presence is must before Hon'ble judge pronounces his judgement.How can i obtain divorcee if she changes her opinion and withdraws her divorcee petition.
Now I fear she may withdraw her divorcee petition.
Kindly suggest the course of action for me in order to get divorcee

talk to her or ask your lawyer to talk to her lawyer and go for divorce by mutual consent as she has filed the petition for divorce and you agree to it.
i agree with Adv Rajiv. go for mutual consent divorce.
