Legal Question in Family Law in India
I want to file case againt my in laws and my husband. I am 24 years old and married for 1.3 years,i am going through lot of mental harassment ,in dec,2010 i got married to a guy (love come arranged marriage),from that day they started harassing for monre dowry and abusing me on physical appearance and on my parents.Guy lied so many things to me like his health issues and religious thing and to cover himself they started harassing me and my parents ,they spread badly about us, we went through hell of mental harrasment . We stay in US my inlaws are in India.I am strucked up in 4 walls ,am on dependent visa ,he is no where bothered and harassing me .I want to return to India and file against him and his family,They have to be punished, what i can do further?? can i demand for alimony by filing divorce .He earns 110,000$per anum.I cant do any thing in US ,i am alone here (no driving license, no ssn,no freinds ,i donno any one except him)and am loosing my confidence if am in US.Please suggest me how can i handle this situation???

i have already advised you to look for a job and hand the situation in US itself instead of coming back. however, if you cannot cope up with the situation there due to health or any other reason, you may come back and resort to legal remedies here.
yes you can file case in India also. You may send your complete details and income proof of your husband and we will file your case and you dont require to visit India.
