hello there, i would like to know when i file a case u/s 125 ipc.
when will i start getting the deducted amount from my dad to me . i mean to ask that does it take 1 or 2 or more
months ? and can i include the house rent in the maintenance ? . i would like to know what all exactly can
be included in the maintenance ............

you can get maintenance from your dad in case you are not able to maintain yourself. in case you are earning, you are not entitled for maintenance. you may file the case along with an interim application for seeking maintenance pendente lite.
