Legal Question in Family Law in India

Can we file the case without Lawyer, if we know the IPCs and appoint the lawyer later on to plead the case...Is there any book available in the market which guide in this regard..

You may file any case including one for offences under IPC. Since IPC is a criminal case and involves technicalities under Criminal Procedure Code, it is advisable to take the help of a lawyer. In case, you cannot afford one, do not hesitate to go to the office of State Legal Services Authority. The office of State Legal Services Authority will provide you a lawyer at no cost. In any event, if you file the case your self, you may also involve a lawyer at any subsequent stage.
