Legal Question in Family Law in India
I have file a Divorce case against Her on the ground of Cruelty. While staying with her in Bangalore she quarels with me on the subject of my parents. I recorded conversation with her parents & on the direction of her parent she behaves with me also she didn't allow my child to go to my parent but she can take my child to them. My In laws didn't want our marriage but bacuse of my wife they agree 10 tears back & behaves according to her parents direction. I have the recorded conversation of my wife with her parent. As she is a Ayurvedic Doctor & I lost my Job during rececession last year & also I lost 4.5 Lakhs as i have given through my credit card to my previous company & didn't return. Now my wife is claiming a maintatince of @13,000 as if now I am not working. She is working as a consulting docotr & Earning but have no record as she took a consulation & procedure of treatment fees in Cash & claiming that she is not working. Please let me know what should I do ? Is Judge order for a maintaince without my situation considerations?

you may reply to the court that you not working and she being a doctor is earning. better sort this matter out with the intervention of your parents and her as well.
