i file divorce case & i am not having my ration card which is a important document for issuance of domicile certificate. can i apply for domicile certificate with my old name i.e befor marriage. can a lady used her old name after marriage when she file a divorce case against her husband.

yes, a lady can use her maiden name when filing the divorce. there is no illegality in that.
