Without file a divorce case she will not let me go easy way & her parents will not do mutual consent case.As my father in law in punjab police steno to ssp.He knows each & evry thing & seeks money from us,but we cant give as we stayin on rent & dont have enough source of income.And me staying on rent with wife.My father doesnt have enough money to pay them.And i cant stay with her she torture me alot & always threatening by using tool of FIR.She is very abusive & very modern.iam belong to middle class family i dont like all these stuff,if i go against she start fight & use abusive language wat to do in this pls suggest?And divorce is only the way to get rid of her ,becuase her parents interfere alot in my married life which creates problem,She discuss small small things with her parents.Pls help?

MOU is an agreement where she will withdraw all the criminal cases against you and then file a divorce by mutual consent u/s 13 B of the HMA (only in case of Hindus) after taking permanent alimony from you.
Try to make adjustment with her; and if possible, change your attitude.
