�A� file a divorce petition against his wife �B� and get an Ex-party decree of divorce. After 90 days �A� marry with �C�. Thereafter family court set-aside the said Ex-party order. What is the legal position of �C�? Please give the reasoned answer.

C's marriage may be invalid; However, she may still be entitled to maintenance from A.
