Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have file for divorce & don't have rataion card which a important legal document for address proof in issuance of domicile certificate. can i apply for domicile certificate with my old name i.e before marriage name. can a lady use her old name after marriage when she applied for divorce. i heard that there is law where it clearly mentioned that after filing divorce a lady can not use her running name (i.e. name after marriage) is it true.

yes u can apply with your former name for ration card

there is bar to use the marriage name once the divorce is decreed till than even u can use the running name
