Can i file domestic violence case in Gujarat For husband staying in Ranchi? Can case paper in Gujarat is valid in ranchi

It depends upon your demand. if you demand in Domestic violence application about residence rights then you have to file it in ranchi for any maintenance you can file in gujrat, India is one and valid in all states but depends upon judge and case to case.
