I want to file domestic violence case and 498 case against my husband staying in ranchi.Myself staying in Gujarat with my one year old daughter.Can paper in gujarat language be issued to husband in ranchi.Is this paper valid in Ranchi.Please answer.My husband has filled case in Gujarati language.

yes it is valid and papers will be send in Englissh language only.
