Can I file dowry case after taking divorce from my husband. If yes, please mention Is there any time period limit or any other constraints. Awaiting for your nice reply.

in case the divorce is granted by mutual consent, you cannot file any complaint afterwards but in case you filed the divorce and you get the decree, there is no restriction filing a claim for dowry.

dowry demand case cannot be filed but to recover your earlier dowry you can file the case and recover your articles.
