you need to file an execution in delhi and seek order from the court whereby the court would refer the execution to be conducted through the district judge gzb.

Dear Sir , i want to know that filing execution in delhi court judge order for balif & attachment but it not in the jurisdiction of court refer to another state UP & trf the degree to the ghaziabad court ? i want to know that only the procedings will start from beginning of execution case IN GZB or the ghaziabad court should obey the delhi court order of balif & attachment which order by the court & trf in up court. what according the indian law ?
