Legal Question in Family Law in India

How should we file Execution against husband when he is making excuses for not paying monthly maintenance.?shud we send execution to his office or home? we dont have enough proof of property but we have his salary proof/I-tax proof.? maintenace was fixed Rs 6000/-pm.
He is planning to file divorce petition in other court.?
what shud we do now?

execution has to be filed in the same court which passed maintenance order .contact a lawyer for both the cases...for divorce as well as execution

you need to hire a lawyer for filing execution petition but in case you cannot afford a lawyer, you may approach Delhi Legal Service Authority situate in every court.

He (the JD) is required to file a list of his assets in response to your execution petition; if the assets are not sufficient for execution of decree, you may seek his "civil imprisonment".
