Legal Question in Family Law in India

i want to file mintenance case. m living sepertly n having 3 yrs old daughter. my husband has 2 flats. the agreement is in his name. registry is also in his name. loan is also paid by him. if he transfers property to his father as gift deed, then can we (me or my chid) claim share in those flats?

you may file a complaint under domestic violence act and seek orders from the court restraining your husband from transferring the flats.
