Is it possible to file a missing complaint for the person, who is absconding not responding to the phone calls but sending money since last three months?. Even after he pays the house rent and electricity bill and sends money monthly, the money he sends is not enough for the month and not even according to the salary that my husband draws monthly,

Inform the police about your inability to trace his whereabouts, the police will investigate with the company where he is working and provide you his location. If required you can take further legal action to secure his presence.
