how to file a petition so that i can divorce my first wife (married to me 10 yrs back) n don't want 2 of my children custody.so that i can live with my second wife(Married to me since last 3yrs).
with 1st wife my marriage is only among my family & relatives but with 2nd wife it is registered in bandra court.please let me know the process. and how long will it take to get divorce if 1st wife is not ready to divorce me.
Can i stay with my 2nd wife at by the timei get divorce from 1st or i'm legaaly not allowed to stay with her.
Can my 1st wife file case against me or my 2nd wife.

You have committed the offence of bigamy by marrying again without divorcing your first wife. Your marriage with the second wife is void and not legally valid.If your first wife lodges an FIR you will be behind the bars.There is only one way and that is to get divorce without revealing to the court about your second marriage.
