Legal Question in Family Law in India

we want to file petition against husband to stop him to sell his property, but lawyer is demanding 52000 for that saying legal charges are very high these days. is this fee genuine? or may b he is helping other party that by using this way, that we will not file petition.

the lawyer s fee is not fixed and the charges vary from a lawyer to lawyer.
