i want to file RCR against my wife. She is staying withh her parents in other city than where i reside. we got married at another place. can she change the jurisdiction if i file the RCR in the court where i stay?

it is advisable to file the RCR where she is residing and not where you are putting up as it may be transferred later causing unnecessary delay.

yes, she may do so by moving an application for transfer before the supreme court
