Legal Question in Family Law in India

I filed 498a case on my husband and in-laws few months back and after court(A.P) holidays for the 1st time they are about to appear on the court.I was staying away with them for 8months iam dependent on my husband on the other side trying for job to meet my requirements as i feel guilty to depend on my parents.Can i claim maintanence from my husband or an working woman cant get it?pls let me know

till you got the job you can claim maintainance.if you got the jod at per the status of your husband then you cannot get the maintenance
