Legal Question in Family Law in India

i filed 498a,i mentioned all that my husband cheated me that he is a btech graduate and his dob is 1month yonger than me as per records and they said 2 years elder than me,he is very saddistic in nature,i lost my job also bocz of him, i was a PG student.The police filed only 498a allegations and some how they got bail with all false allegations.even i stated about his degree in front of judge.but no use. Now can i file a cheating case separately in PS or should i file a private complaint in high court.

You may pursue your 498-A case and also consider filing a case under D.V.A.

However, a case for cheating may not be maintainable at this stage. The court may not give much importance to his qualification / . degree etc. at this stage.
