Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have filed case in bandra family court under 125 crpc. i have given 24th nov. but on that day i have a very important appointment. so can i skip that date and my lawyer can represent me in court?
my counseling had completed and this is first date after that.
i have not seen yet counselor's report

yes you can skip the date but ask your lawyer to give exemption application as required in Bandra Family Court .
